Hampton home B&B suites
On the edge of the Koog and the forests of the 'National Park De Duinen van Texel' are 3 unique houses with 9 B&B rooms. North Hampton, East Hampton and South Hampton. Modernly furnished and inspired by the luxury holiday homes on the American coast near New York, The Hamptons.
From your suite you can walk straight into the woods and within 5 minutes you are on the Texel North Sea beach. All suites are suitable for 2 persons, spacious, modern and equipped with a private bathroom. A number of suites have access to a veranda or terrace (no seating furniture). The suites are dog-free and do not accommodate children or babies.
Breakfast delivered to your doorstep
You do not have to leave the house for breakfast. Every morning at 08:00 I will put a well-stocked breakfast basket in front of the door. With various sandwiches, toppings, yogurt, a boiled egg and freshly squeezed orange juice. The cool box in the breakfast basket keeps everything cool, so don't worry about sleeping in. If you have any dietary requirements, please let me know in advance.
Check yourself in
The room is ready for you at 3 pm. You do not have to check in first, before arrival you will receive an email from us with a link to open the room door with your telephone. This works very easily and safely. Don't have a cell phone? Then you can pick up a room key at the nearby Grand Hotel Opduin.
Housekeeping during your stay
The overnight price of the B&B suite includes bed linen, towels and final cleaning. I will not clean the room during your stay. If I can do something extra for you, please give me a call during your stay:
- Service package (4 Nespresso cups, 4 tea bags, change the bin), 8,-
- Fresh towels (2 large and 2 small towels), 8,-
- Fresh bed linen on your bed, 15, -
- Cleaning during your stay, including service package and fresh towels, 25,-
- Cleaning during the stay, including service package, fresh towels and fresh bed linen, 35,-
Payment
There is no payment option in the B&B. You can choose to make the payment when making the booking. Do you prefer to pay later? Then you will receive a payment link a week before arrival.
We would like to receive this no later than 48 hours before arrival. Paying your overnight stay in advance does not affect our cancellation period, if you cancel 3 days before arrival, this will remain free of charge and we will simply refund the amount to you.
Who will you encounter?
You share your Hampton Home with the residents of the house. There is a shared entrance and hall with a staircase where you can meet each other. The veranda in front of the house is also for shared use.
